Day 1: Hanoi Arrival- Free shopping
Arrive in Hanoi, our guide will meet you at Noi Bai airport and escort you to hotel for checking in (check in time at 2pm).
Afternoon, free shopping and walking around.
Overnight in hotel in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi full day city tour (B)
After breakfast in hotel, we will have a full day to explore Hanoi city.
7.45 – 8.15: Free pick up at your hotel. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam).
Afternoon, visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 – it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters. In the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi-Hoa Lu-Tam Coc-Hanoi (B)
Good morning Hanoi with breakfast & coffee/tea Then, 8:30 am our driver and tour guide pick you up at hotels. After 2 hours, you will arrive in Ninh Binh.
First stop at Hoa Lu, you will have quick visit two temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Le, their sons, and the Queen… to know why Hoa Lu was built as the capital of Vietnam in ending of nine century. Second stop at Mua Cave – the highlight attraction in Ninh Binh, challenge yourself for 500 steps up Cave mountain where you will have a great panorama view of Tam Coc and rice field.
Afternoon, continue the journey of discovery Tam Coc- the “Halong Bay on land” At 2:00 pm you will have around 1.5 hours of a boat trip on Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc famous for karst water caves and beautiful water rice field. If traveling during harvest season, you may have chances to see the yellow rice carpet along the river banks. 4:00 pm drive back to Hanoi and drop off at your hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi -Departure (B)
Your free time until our guide comes to pick you up to drive to airport, catch flight to next destination.
